To fully express their aromatic character, our wines should always be served at the ideal temperature.

Our red wines are best enjoyed slightly below room temperature, between 18°C and 19°C (64–66°F), allowing their structure and aromas to unfold.

Our white wines should be served chilled, around 14°C (57°F), but never ice-cold, to preserve their finesse and aromatic expression.

Our Châteauneuf-du-Pape red wines pair beautifully with red meats, game and mature cheeses.

They reveal their full intensity through aromas of ripe black fruits, spices and delicate floral notes, creating a rich and elegant tasting experience.

The estate’s white wines are distinguished by their floral aromas, freshness and generous texture.

When young, they are ideal as an aperitif or paired with white meats.

As they mature, they develop greater complexity and are the perfect companion to fish in creamy sauces or foie gras.

Stored under proper cellar conditions, our red wines can be aged for 12 to 15 years, and up to 20 years for exceptional vintages.

Our white wines express their freshness and floral character in their youth while gradually developing greater roundness and complexity with age.
