Founded in 1896 by Étienne Pécoul, Domaine Chante-Perdrix has been passed down through generations, from Henri to Guy Nicolet, then to Frédéric and Françoise. Today, Faustine and Franck Nicolet continue the family’s legacy across 20 hectares of vineyards in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Deep garnet colour with subtle bluish highlights. Made from 100% Grenache, it reveals a powerful nose with aromas of flowers, wild strawberries, cherry preserves, figs, spices and blackcurrant liqueur.

Our Chante-Perdrix white wines are generous and expressive, offering delicate floral aromas. They are crafted from a blend of 50% Grenache and 50% Clairette.

Our Chante-Perdrix red wines are crafted from a blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre and 5% Muscardin.

Deep, dark colour with subtle bluish highlights. Made from 100% Mourvèdre, it reveals a mineral nose with aromas of ripe black fruits, blackberry jam and delicate peppery notes.
