Red: 2000 Vintage.

Here comes the much awaited for vintage 2000 ! We have been lucky that this vintage is a great year in quality as well as in quantity. Thanks to its well melted tannins , it will be possible to drink it in 2/3 years. After ageing in wood , it was the last of the wines to be bottled.

Red: 1999 Vintage.

The vintage 1999 matured one year in oak. Typical of Chateauneuf with a rubis robe, it is a wine of great maturity. We recommend to let it age. With its tannins and its acidity, it is capable of giving pleasure now or in ten years.

Red: 1997 Vintage.

It is a wine that is ready for tasting. Its robe is of an intense color and its flavor of black fruits and leather. Added to this are spiced notes, it offers all that a good Chateauneuf-du-Pape can in terms of richness and balance.

White: 1999 Vintage.

Produced on a small scale , the white must be served cool but not iced. It is a nice wine to enjoy in all of its richness. Warm; it has intense floral aromas. Surprisingly fresh it can be served with fish in sauces , foie gras or as a desert wine. We recommend however that it be served during aperitif , as is , or as a Kir.
